Megan had lasik surgery today. She was able to read street signs on the way home. This goggles are to protect her eyes. They gave her 5mg of Valium and she was pretty punchy, hence the goofy smile. She came home and slept for 4 hours, got up ate dinner and then stayed under the quilt resting for a couple more.
Occasionally she stuck her head out and would read the credits on the T.V. screen. Something she hasn't been able to do without glasses since she eight years old. WOO HOO! It is really cool that she can do that. I can't wait to see what the doctor says tomorrow about what her vision is.
