This is a picture of the "kitchen" . Notice the utility sink and homemade cabinets. There is a stove top, but no oven. We plan to tear out the wall the fridge and sink are on and the wall on the oposite of the fridge as well. 
This bathroom was on the other side of the wall that the fridge and sink are on. We will keep the tub though and refinish it.

Wow, rough is right! But just think, you get to make it just like you want because there isn't much to save! I'm glad you are showing a before picture....I can't wait to see the after! :)
