Well, I made it to health central 3 times this week. I did a Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates combination class twice. I really like it. It gives me a good work out and some great stretching as well. I also did a step class. I would just like to say get to class early because then you don't have to be in the front especially if you are girl with not great rhythm. (i.e. me) I'm sure the people behind me got a good laugh out of it. We'll see how next week goes.
